User Images: Images you upload are temporarily processed by our AI model to generate captions. These images are processed in-memory and are not stored on our servers. Once captions are generated, the images are discarded immediately.

Usage Data: We collect non-identifiable data using Firebase Analytics, such as device type, session length, and app interactions. This helps us understand how the app is used and improve performance.

The legal basis for this processing under GDPR is our legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the app, and ensuring functionality.

3. Third-Party Services

We work with the following data processors to provide functionality and analytics:

Firebase Analytics (Google LLC) – used for collecting anonymized app usage statistics. Google’s privacy practices are compliant with GDPR and they act as a data processor.

RevenueCat – used for managing in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat processes billing-related data via Google Play, and we do not access or store your billing details directly.

4. Data Retention & Security

We retain no personal data and do not store uploaded images. Analytics data is anonymized and stored securely by Firebase. We apply appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right to Access: Request a copy of any personal data we may have (though we do not collect any).
• Right to Rectification: Correct any inaccurate personal data (not applicable, as we collect none).
